Important odd review

This product is great when it is working. We struggled with it at first. Then it worked great for 9 months and now we are back to a black screen all together although the back up camera finally works all the time.Unavi has responded immediately to all issues which is why they get 4 stars!!!Aftermarket’s are difficult and none have been smooth but when this works I love it and when it doesn’t well . . .

Escalade Touch Screen

The touch screen installation went very well. Watched some videos before I attempted the installation. You will need to purchase a trim removal kit. Nothing came with the screen. Overall very happy with the touch screen so far!
