I paid for my 2016 Q 70 L Infiniti to get the Bluetooth Apple CarPlay installed by the pro installer. He came by to my apartment and he only took an hour to do it. He gave me tips and tricks on how to use it and how to get around it explained everything to me didn’t take long. Everything works great and I can switch back-and-forth from Apple CarPlay back to OEM as well. Worth the price and the pro installer price was kind of expensive but I don’t really trust any other company doing it so it was worth it.

I had my Unavi CarPlay unit installed in my 2017 Mini Cooper S by Audio Excellence in Winter Springs, Florida and they were great, super friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional and prompt. Dropped my car off at their facility at around 9:30 am and by 2:00 pm they had contacted me to let me know everything was done. They did a great job and make sure I had easy access to the USB connector for my phone. Great work by Unavi and great work by Audio Excellence. I'm glad they've teamed up together.

I recently had a pro-installer come to the house and install car play in my '14 QX60. The installer (Brian) contacted me a day before the product arrived and we scheduled it two days out. As expected, the product arrived on a Wednesday and Brian showed up Thursday and installed in a little over an hour. He then showed me the features and set up my phone to the new car play. The Unavi product worked like advertised and another satisfied customer. Thank you for great communication and a great product Unavi!
