I had my Unavi CarPlay unit installed in my 2017 Mini Cooper S by Audio Excellence in Winter Springs, Florida and they were great, super friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional and prompt. Dropped my car off at their facility at around 9:30 am and by 2:00 pm they had contacted me to let me know everything was done. They did a great job and make sure I had easy access to the USB connector for my phone. Great work by Unavi and great work by Audio Excellence. I'm glad they've teamed up together.

My 2015 Mercedes GL450 is a fine vehicle but was missing a feature I really wanted, Apple Car Play. Unavi's end of year sale offered a discount on the equipment and installation for only $330. The Unavi unit got great reviews and knowing I was getting an approved, experienced installer at a very good price sealed the deal for me. My pro installer Wired Electronics did a very nice job and completed the install in under 2 hours. I'm very happy with the system, Car Play connects quickly and automatically and with only 57k miles on the GL I'll get plenty of use out of it.

Hats off to Derrick at Premier Auto Design LLC. He stayed late on a Friday evening to install a UNAVI Android Auto/Car Play in my 2014 Q50. He said it'd take a little over 2 hours, and despite some extra research to learn how to modify my early-model Q50, he accomplished the job exactly as promised. He even stayed a little later to make sure I knew how everything functioned. The unit works perfectly, and I'm very grateful to Derrick for his knowledgeable, courteous and professional service.

Jimmy did a great job of installing the unit into my older Acura RDX. During the two weeks that I've had it, it worked pretty well. I have my iPhone connected via bluetooth to the unit. As soon as I start my car, it starts to connect to my iPhone in a few seconds. Google Maps, and my music streaming services comes in pretty well, just ike the Youtube video for the ACURA RDX. My only complaint is, and it's not the fault of the Unami unit, the controls on my RDX using the knob, makes it pretty clunky. Otherwise I'm happy with the installation and the unit performance so far. We'll see how well it continues over the next few months.

I paid for my 2016 Q 70 L Infiniti to get the Bluetooth Apple CarPlay installed by the pro installer. He came by to my apartment and he only took an hour to do it. He gave me tips and tricks on how to use it and how to get around it explained everything to me didn’t take long. Everything works great and I can switch back-and-forth from Apple CarPlay back to OEM as well. Worth the price and the pro installer price was kind of expensive but I don’t really trust any other company doing it so it was worth it.

Brian did a fantastic job. He was on time and left my car spotless. He left no installation marks. It only took an hour! When he was done, he explained the system in detail. I am very satisfied. I wish I had another car to do it again.

I recently had a pro-installer come to the house and install car play in my '14 QX60. The installer (Brian) contacted me a day before the product arrived and we scheduled it two days out. As expected, the product arrived on a Wednesday and Brian showed up Thursday and installed in a little over an hour. He then showed me the features and set up my phone to the new car play. The Unavi product worked like advertised and another satisfied customer. Thank you for great communication and a great product Unavi!

We worked with David at Sound Xpression Audio in Tucson, Arizona. He was extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. The Unavi unit works perfectly. Not exactly like Apple CarPlay in new cars, but so happy to have it in my 2015 Audi Q5. David finished the install sooner than expected and showed us how to use the system. So happy we found out about this item.

There was a minor issue with the installer not getting in touch initially but that was only because he was out of the country at the time. He got back to me as soon as he returned apologizing profusely for the delay. He was on time on the day of the installation and was very professional and courteous. The unit works nicely in my 2015 Mercedes Gl 550 and I am very pleased.

Everything went well with the install and the guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I live local and was able to pick up system at unavi and thought I'd have them install on site. I made an appointment and all went well! Waled to local restaurant and had breakfast and then to local auto museum and when leaving got a text from Jimmy the installer teling me the car was ready. He was great! He went through system with me and I found it was user friendly and have been happy with the update since.

Put this in my pathfinder. It’s amazing. I wish I had discovered this earlier. Love the functionality with the open system. Only gripe is you can’t see the temperature adjustments when changing them. But it’s simple to go back to the oem side and change it and then switch back to CarPlay. Worth every penny.
