The product works as advertised… THE DOCUMENTATION IS YET ANOTHER STORY… An installation that could have taken 2.0 hours took 15.4 based on the simply fact the installation instructions were terrible - nothing defined but rather ASSUMED… Contact with customer service was fair, but ALSO had to dance when it came to (how is really works) - The installation manual needs needs to be DEVELPOED… If you are not a technical perosn - “DONT BUY THE PRODUCT”

Contacted Unavi to find out if they had an Apple carplay unit for my 2017 Mercedes C300, Wow what service, not only did they have a unit but they came out to my home to fit it. Works flawlessly, fully integrated with Existing MB controls in car. Mercedes do not offer this on older models but Unavi came through. I am Very Happy with the overall deal and service - ask for Pedro!
