I had my Unavi CarPlay unit installed in my 2017 Mini Cooper S by Audio Excellence in Winter Springs, Florida and they were great, super friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional and prompt. Dropped my car off at their facility at around 9:30 am and by 2:00 pm they had contacted me to let me know everything was done.
