Unhappy with current state of my system

The screen on my system has is dying and only works about 10-25% of the time. This never happened before i installed this system. I am going back to the recommended installer for a 3rd time next month with a brand new lcd to replace the old o ne to see if that is the issue. The problem may be the lcd screen but it never had any problems before I installed the unavi unit. It was very expensive to install as well. very unhappy with this over all.

Thank you for using our product for several months. As we have informed you since the initial inspection, the issue you mentioned is determined to be a defect in the vehicle's factory system.

We have already provided guidance on replacing the factory system, and if the same symptoms occur thereafter, we plan to issue a full refund as promised. We would like to explain once again that since our product only functions as a video interface, it structurally cannot affect the audio output. We will take full responsibility and assist you until the issue is resolved.

Great install

Just had Unavi carplay installed on my 2018 Mercedes GLC300. Carplay is a great addition to my vehicle since Mercedes stopped their support of mBrace and Mercedes Me. The unit is functioning great so far. A big shout out to Horizon Audio in Canton, Ohio for a trouble free installation. The tech there gave me a complete lesson on how to operate the carplay.

wonderful product

My wife has wanted CarPlay in her s550 for years. It was an easy self install.Instructions were perfect and the Tech Dept was right on it when I had a couple of questions.

My thoughts 2014 Cadillac cts

Very easy install I’m up and running at first I was having problems hearing Siri read messages or ask her questions and I narrowed it down to in wireless connection it doesn’t like the usb plugged in 🤷🏾‍♂️after I figured that out it has been great I get a incoming text me having it to read them automatically works like a charm I pulled a Tesla style radio for this setup and I’m not disappointed
