Purchased for my 2015 QX70. Installation was straightforward. The instructions weren't perfect (some of the photos and descriptions didn't fit what I was doing), but similar to all Nissan electronic connections, each has a unique shape and size, so it's not difficult to figure out what goes where.
I didn't have a suitable place to install the control module in my QX70 - they indicated it would fit on the center hump under the ashtray, but that area was already occupied. If the cables had been 50% longer, I could have run the control module to the bottom section of the armrest/center console. I ended up attaching it behind the glove box for now, and I assume I'll find a better solution at some point.
There was an opportunity to repurpose the factory USB connector that's in the center console for the new unit. A cable that adapts the USB cable to the Infiniti 4-pin plug would work beautifully.
Overall, a very nice piece of kit that I highly recommend.

Ordering and receiving the conversation kit was simple. I watched a few different install videos, over and over again before I started. Took me about 3 hours to install. I would say it was somewhat easy to install. Understanding all of the wire connections was easy. Getting wires disconnected and inserting the unit was the most challenging. Only had to uninstall and reinstall one time, I had the box dip switch setting correct, but it got moved when inserting the unit. I put tape over it the 2nd time and all work great. I love my CarPlay in my car now.

I installed on my daughters 2019 qx50 and it works great. The video link included with the shipment helped tremendously. It probably took me a couple hours to install and it has worked great ever since.

Install was not bad. It worked fine the first day. Now it will not stay linked to my phone. I have emailed customer support hopefully they can rectify.
Problem solved thank you great customer support. But I had to spend 3 hours updating the hardware. If it came plug and play that would be awesome.
