Warranty

1. The Warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
2. In the event of a product defect or malfunction within the Warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product at no charge.
3. The Warranty period will end immediately upon the occurrence of the following:
1. Damage and/or failure resulting from disassembly, repair or modification made by an unauthorized service provider, user, or any third party.
2. Damage and/or failure resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with components not provided by E-Sense Technology.
3. Damage and/or failure resulting from the misuse of components provided by E-Sense Technology.
4. Damage and/or failure resulting from external shock.
5. Corrosion resulting from water damage or other liquid substances.
6. Damage and/or failure resulting from the user’s negligence during and/or after installation, including moving, dropping, forceful adjustments, or inadequate operation and use of the product.
7. Damage and/or failure resulting from falling of the mount, regardless if the vehicle is stopped or in motion.
8. Damage and/or failure resulting from natural disasters, including lighting, earthquake, flood, etc.
9. Damage and/or failure resulting from abnormal use, storage, and handling of the product.
10. Damage and/or failure resulting from erroneous power source or other devices.
11. Damage and/or failure resulting from the user’s misuse or negligence.
12. Extensive damage or destruction of the product and/or product serial number.
4. After the expiration of the Warranty period, the product or its parts can be repaired or replaced, chargeable by the manufacturer, within the ‘replenishment’ period of the product specified by E-Sense Technology - one year after the Warranty period.
5. Return shipping in the event of a defect, damage, failure, or product return is not provided by the manufacturer.
6. The Warranty period of the micro SD card is 6 months from the date of purchase.

Exchange/Repairs

1. Exchange and repairs are available at no cost under the Warranty period and terms.
2. All exchange and repairs outside of the Warranty period are chargeable.
3. All exchange and repairs are chargeable if the warranty is voided due to any of the occurrences mentioned above.
4. Return shipping in the event of a defect, damage, failure, or product return is not provided by the manufacturer.
5. The micro SD card can be exchanged or repaired 6 months from the date of purchase.

Notes:

• This product records and saves videos of vehicle accidents, but it is not guaranteed to record all accidents. Accidents with light impact that is not enough to activate the impact detection sensor may not be recorded.
• In accordance with Personal Information Security Law and related legislation, E-Sense Technology Co. Ltd. and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any problem due to illegal use of this product.
• The recorded video produced by this product constitutes the secondary data that may help to determine the circumstances of an accident. E-Sense Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by any accident.
• This product does not guarantee video recording of all accidents and E-Sense Technology Co. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable or responsible, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages whatsoever caused by accidents. E-Sense Technology Co. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not provide any support service for all the consequences of accidents.
