Refund policy
At UNAVI, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
1. Return Period & Condition
- 60-Day Window: You can return unused Navigation or CarPlay systems within 60 days of the purchase date.
- 45-Day Window: You can return unused accessories or parts (e.g., SD cards, backup cameras) within 45 days.
- 30-Day Window: All other non-used products (including simple box-opened items) must be returned within 30 days.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the original, new condition with all packaging and accessories included.
- Non-Returnable Items: Used items cannot be returned. We only accept returns for non-used items or products with manufacturing defects.
2. Domestic Returns (Contiguous United States)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@unavi-usa.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
- Change of Mind: For non-defective returns, a $15 shipping fee (standard ground shipping basis) will be deducted from your final refund.
3. International Returns (Including Canada & U.S. Territories)
For all orders shipped outside the contiguous United States-including Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (PR, GU, etc.)-the following terms apply:
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways (both the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost).
- Duties & Taxes: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- International Surcharge: The standard $15 domestic return rate does not apply to international returns. Customers must cover the actual total cost of shipping and any additional expenses incurred during transit.
4. How to Start Your Return
Please email our support team at support@unavi-usa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the necessary RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) steps.
